Comments about CoffeeBean House Decaf:

If like me you accept decaf as a necessary compromise in flavor to reduce caffeine intake enabling you to have more java or as an evening coffee for sleep purposes, then this is an excellent coffee. Brewed in the Caffitaly system, it is better than most coffees served in shops or restaurants. However, compared to all the other CBTL capsules, it has a bit of bitterness, so be forewarned.

Note that most shops and restaurants are indifferent to proper machine cleanliness and thus their coffee is MUCH more bitter than this decaf. So, in context this is bitter ONLY in comparison to the other capsules we enjoy. Compared to most "commercial" coffee, excellent and less bitter.

It is a very popular capsule around our house. It is absolutely our first choice when decaf is desired. Recommend it highly. Thus 4 stars.
