Place: Costa Rica, Colombia and Brazil, which are frequent contributors to our family of blends.
In Harvest Blend we vary the roast degree for greater contrast and complexity.
People: The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® has a long tradition of working with farmers in the three
origin countries used for this blend. It is our pleasure to bring their fine coffees to our
Customers as we have done for 50 years!
Profile: Dark and Distinctive.
Process: True to our core philosophy of post-roast blending, each of these single origin coffees are
individually roasted and then combined in the perfect proportion to create this unique blend. The
combination of washed and natural processing, as well as dark and light roast combinations, creates
a complex and complimentary interaction between the coffees.
Pairings: Pairs nicely with our Chocolate Chunk Muffin or Mini Brownie Bite!
