Place: This blend combines Costa Rica, Colombia and Brazil, which are frequent contributors to our family of blends. In Harvest Blend we vary the roast degree for greater contrast and complexity.
People: The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf has a long tradition of working with farmers in the three origin countries used for this blend. It is our pleasure to bring their fine coffees to our Customers as we have done for over 45 years.
Process: True to our core philosophy of post-roast blending, each of these single origin coffees are individually roasted and then combined in the perfect proportion to create this unique blend. The combination of washed and natural processing, as well as dark and light roast combinations, creates a complex and complimentary interaction between the coffees.

Brew & Store Properly
For Best Results:
GRIND only as much as you need for one cup or one pot of coffee.
CHOOSE the correct grind. Fine for espresso, medium for automatic drip, coarse for French Press.
MEASURE ground coffee to taste. Start with two level tablespoons of ground coffee per six ounces of cold filtered or bottled water.
STORE in an airtight container to protect the flavor and aroma and ensure rich, fresh tasting coffee. Do not freeze or refrigerate.

Daily we hand roast our coffee in small batches to a traditional, smooth taste profile. This is the way we've done it since 1963, when we opened our first store in Brentwood, CA.
