I have had this frother for almost a year now and have had no problems. I use it daily. We can now have cappuccino at home for a fraction of the cost with every bit of the quality. The only issue is cleaning around the embossed lettering inside the unit can take time and patience as the milk can get scorched and hard to remove. But I would buy this again and recommend it highly.

I purchased the CB&TL frother in January, within two months it stopped frothing. I returned that one and got another. Now two months later - no froth. If you buy this keep your receipt you will need it.

It is a great frother, but does not last long! The first one that I bought stopped working quickly and I called customer service who said that this was an uncommon problem. I returned it to the store for a replacement thinking that I just got a lemon. Second unit stopped working about 10 months after I bought it and when I called customer service, I learned that their one year warranty is prorated so the woman suggested that I not bother with the paperwork for a very small refund! What a lousy warranty - if it is prorated, what does that say about the company's confidence in the product lasting? BEWARE!!

I love having the fomer and use 2%milk. It does a very good job without any personal intersession. Turn it on and walk away while making the coffee. I'm curious to see how long it last, Im using it multiple times a day.

All I need is one espresso capsule (60 cents) and nonfat milk, and I have a cafe latte in minutes at home! Upon filling the frother, and securing the lid, with the push of a button, I have perfect foam and warm milk. Super easy to use and makes great tasting product. Better foam than most coffee shops!

We use this daily and makes nice froth when it works. In one year we sent it back 3 times for the warranty. Now that the warranty has expired the machine has broken again.

We purchased this product intending to use it daily, however, the frothing tip broke a week after we purchased the frother. We contacted customer service who promised to get back to us with an answer about what the next step would be- they never did despite several e-mails on our part. I would recommend this if we had had a satisfactory customer service experience with CBTL.
