I go to cbtl like twice a day and I wanted a cup because I love cbtl!! So I decided to buy one of these so I can drink my Vanilla Ice Blended out of it. I brought it home and washed it and there was a crack around the rim so soap was getting between . I tried to bring it back and they said it happens... So was I supposed to keep the broken piece of junk? I guess so. I never dropped it, never put it in the dishwasher because we use our dishwasher for storage (for our Tupperware) so I guess since the magic cup fairy broke it I have to keep it. If the coffee wasn't so delicious I would go back to starbucks. Don't buy this cup (still team cbtl)but that cup is in the garbage.

I bought this product yesterday so happy to finally find a.cup like this that could hold so much water or tea. I used it today and thinking the lid was sting I held it by it's lid and it wasn't sturdy at all and made the cup fall to the floor and causing it to break. This is so upsetting because I didn't even have a chance to use it and I highly doubt the.company would replace it.
