Can I purchase gift cards or e-gift cards on your web site?
We do offer gift cards which can be purchased online or in one of our participating locations. We do not offer "e-gift cards" at this time.
What if my order is incorrect or damaged?
If you receive an order that is incorrect or the product you received is damaged, please contact our online store at 888.520.CBTL Option 1 for assistance. Please note, products shipped to third-party shipper and/or freight forward house are not qualified for return or exchange under any circumstance.
When is my order shipped?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and will be shipped within 2 business days if orders were placed before 1:00pm Pacific Time. You will be contacted if an item is out of stock and shipment will be delayed.
Once you have placed an order, you can check on its status at any time. To track your order from this page, go here. Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information.
Do you deliver outside of the United States?
We currently deliver to locations within the United States and Canada.
Can I send my order as a gift directly?
Yes, when completing the checkout process, just provide a shipping address that is different from your billing address.
Which shipping carrier do you use?
We offer domestic shipping through UPS.
Can I ship to a P.O. box?
Unfortunately we are not able to ship to a P.O box.

Sign up for monthly shipments of your favorite capsules, coffees, teas & powders and you automatically become a member of our Premium Club. As a club member, you’ll receive:
- • Free shipping with minimum monthly subscription of $40.
- • Exclusive promotional offers.
Create your initial selection of your favorite capsules, coffees or teas, then subsequent shipments will take place approximately every four weeks. Manage your account online to change your subscription any time after your initial shipment or to temporarily suspend your subscription schedule.
You will be prompted to set up an account during the checkout process.
Terms and Conditions
No minimum purchase obligation to qualify for the Premium Club.
Each monthly shipment will be billed to your credit card on file. Billing will take place as your monthly subscription is shipped. Prices of capsules and powders are subject to change at any time up to the time the order is shipped. If a price is changed, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide you with the option of either canceling the order or to continue with the order at the new price.
If a product is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide you with the option of either canceling or changing the order. Prior to each monthly shipment, a notification email will be sent with estimated shipping date. Account suspension must take place six days prior to the estimated shipping date, or else the suspension will occur in the next scheduled shipment.
Shipping cost is adjusted based on each month’s ship-out quantity. If a customer reduced the subscription plan to a total purchase under $40 any given shipment, the shipping cost of that shipment will automatically adjust. Minimum purchase quantity is subject to change at any time without notification. Minimum purchase does not include tax and shipping and handling fee.
