Can I have my Whole Bean Coffee ground?
Unfortunately, we no longer offer that service, however, if you live in an area near one of our retail stores, you are more than welcome to bring in your unopened coffee to have it ground in store.
Do you offer a low-acid coffee and/or tea? Where can I find that on your website?
Currently we do not offer any coffees or teas that would be certified low-acid. Please consult with your Physical or Nutritional Advisor on the best options for you.
Are your products Certified Kosher?
Yes. All of our coffees, teas, powders and extracts are Certified Kosher thru KSA(Kosher Supervision of America)
Are your products considered Fair Trade?
We currently do not provide any certified Fair Trade coffee; rather, we choose to foster long-term relationships with coffee growers directly. In other words, there are no brokerage houses, auction houses, millers, etc. that come between us and the coffee farmer. What type of Decaffeination process do you use for your coffees?
We currently use the Methylene Chloride process.
Are your Coffees and Teas gluten free?
Yes. All of our coffees (including the 100% Pure Coffee Extract) and teas are gluten free.
Are your Powders gluten free?
Currently our French Deluxe™ Vanilla Powder (both Regular and NSA), our Special Dutch™ Chocolate Powder (both Regular and NSA), and our White Chocolate Powder do not contain any gluten ingredients. Please note, however, that our powders are produced in a facility that does produce products for other companies that may contain gluten.
