Young tender budding leaves are traditionally handplucked, fired, and quickly processed without oxidations to produce a wonderfully fresh tasting Green Tea. Our Strawberry Cream Tea combines the choicest grade of Japanese and Chinese pan-fired green teas delicately scented with flavors of ripe strawberries and cream studded with bits of flavorful red strawberries. The result is a dairy-free, light-bodied and well-balanced creamy tea. Enjoy it as a special treat when you need to indulge your senses.

Origin: Grown in the Mae Salong area in the Northern Mountains of Thailand
Begin with fresh, bottled or filtered water. Bring the water just to a boil. Place one teaspoon of tea leaves per 8 oz cup of water into a teapot or infuser or place one tea bag directly into a 12 to 16oz cup. Pour water directly over the tea leaves or tea bag. Note that over-steeped tea will become bitter. For stronger tea add more leaves rather than infusing longer than recommended.

Black Teas: 5 minutes
Oolong Teas: 5 minutes
