Centuries of natural beauty are captured in every cup of this precious oolong tea. Grown on thousand-year-old trees in the pristine Jing Mai Mountains of China, this oolong tea's multicolored leaves produce a glowing, rose-gold liquor with an amber luster. With a flavor that balances both delicacy and depth and a sweet, honey-like aroma, Ancient Beauty captures the history and nuance of the trees that produce it.
Origin: Jing Mai Mountains, Pu'er City, Yunnan, China
Begin with fresh, bottled or filtered water. Bring the water just to a boil. Place one teaspoon of tea leaves per 8 oz cup of water into a teapot or infuser or place one tea bag directly into a 12 to 16 oz cup. Pour water directly over the tea leaves or tea bag. Note that over-steeped tea will become bitter. For stronger tea add more leaves rather than infusing longer than recommended.
