I think this is great. Plus you get discounts at coffee shops when using this item instead of one of their cups - and you are not contributing to waste from cups cups and more cups over the many times you get drinks from coffee shops. I talked with an employee about the tumbler and asked if it chips easily after reading another review on this site - she said no one has returned one. It is NOT dishwasher safe so it may chip from being used inappropriately. I recommend this highly and I love CBTL.

I really liked this cup at first because I use cream in my coffee this mug is easy to clean. But I have only had my cup for a couple of months and the paint is all scratching off. It comes off really easy! Now my cup doesn't look so stylish anymore. :(

This mug is just ok. It is very stylish but is top heavy when full which allows it to move around in a car cup holder. The cup has poor air flow which makes the first few drinks of hot beverage splash out at you. I have owned a different CBTL mug and it did not have these issues.
