We exclusively use the Carbon Dioxide method of decaffeination, as it provides the density of a liquid and the viscosity of a gas. Those qualities make Carbon Dioxide an excellent solvent for scrubbing up caffeine from tea leaves as the Carbon Dioxide is sent circulating through the tea.
