Recently engaged and a proud pet mom, Izzy brings her creativity to everything she touches. For Izzy, a great cup of coffee is more than just beans and brewing — it's about the hands that make it and the heart behind it. Whether she's perfecting a pour or lifting someone's day with a simple "How are you?", she sees every cup as a chance to creat connection.

Javi started as a barista and worked his way up to GM. He brings heart, humility, and a whole lot of experience to every shift. Over the years, Javi's found more than just a career at Coffee Bean — he's found a second home. A familia that's supported him, challenged him, and shaped the leader he is today.

Jackie's love for coffee began 19 years ago when a friend introduced her to Coffee Bean — and she's been part of the family ever since. Known for her fun, bubbly personality and warm energy, Jackie's favorite part of the job is serving people from all walks of life and making every guest feel seen, welcomed, and at home.
